We did open March, 23, 2005:an expertized staff of friends full of enthusiasm.
Our first location was in Cernobbio historical centre, the only pedestian way in town, on the corner of a little tiny alley, 30 meters from the lake shore.
The old place was composed of two little rooms: an entrance with cooking area at sight, we used to call “convivium”, the favourit place for guest and friends.
The second little room called “lake view”, with a huge “trompe-l'oeil” to cover a whole wall, our favourit solution for romantic tables for two or bigger groups.
A glass of wine as aperitiv, a simple dish or a food-tasting dinner for groups, the atmosphere always easy and polite.
Now we are placed in our new location on Via Regina 55, the earth of town, where we finally combined both our two activities: Enoteca “Vini & Affini” that started our adventure in Cernobbio in 2001, and Osteria “Cantinafrasca”.
We are in this location since April, 16, 2016.
This solution was our original plan, and our strong will to continue our offer of a warmth location, the search of particular wines and spirits, our passion for cooking that starts from highly selected prime materials.
All this combined in a new and stirring ambience, where it's possible to feel the meaning af our commitment.
Just upon request, it is possible to organize, for groups (max. 15 people) menus on request or wine and food tastings based on product of our local tradition.
